Hi, could you please help me decide which download would help me?

I have a problem with ending a relationship with anyone. I've been in relationships that lasted way longer than I wanted it to.

Once because she would beg me not to break up over and over, and I was only able to end it when she stopped begging.

Once, I kept postponing the "talk" because I was like "she's having a stressful time these days. I don't wanna put more stress on her" and blah blah blah I just let it on for so long.

I even had a few toxic friends who just put their negative energy and drama on me, and I just couldn't end the friendship.

I don't feel that it's the "talk" I'm scared of. And I don't think that it's because I feel like I won't find anyone else either. But I just can't seem to do it. Maybe it's more like I'm scared I'm gonna miss the person?
