I know what I have to do, but I don't know how.
Hello, I experienced a difficult breakup, things are healing slowly. To get out of that negative spiral, I have decided to act. I feel an internal dissonance: I have motivation but I don't do (enough) the things that could lead me to a state of glorious happiness.
To be clear, two examples:
1) I have tons of paperwork, I can arrange the stuff, but when I arrive at the end and my paperwork is ready to be sent, I don't do it. I feel overwhelmed by all the steps required to FINISH it, I feel I am certainly going to make a mistake and I will have to do it again.
2) I study and I want to work as a freelance, I have a hard time organizing my day and a harder time on not giving up. I see all the paths that I could lack, as if a mistake would compromise my efforts, as a result, I postpone like crazy.
