Grief

I'm not only dealing with losing my stepdaughter to epilepsy but am dealing with my husband's grief. He is reacting to it rather than dealing with it and I am in the front line. I feel I am dealing with grief, depression, and constant anxiety. Could you please recommend something to help me cope?
