10-Step Courses

Anonymous's picture

I realize that there may be no set schedule, but for any of the 10-Step with ebook courses can you give some indication of timing and duration to expect to get through the material and feel some results?

For instance, the ebook comes with 10 hypnosis downloads. Are you supposed to listen to each one in series for a recommended number of days, then start listening to the next download? Is there a recommended overlap? Or is it recommended to listen to more than one download each day?

I'm just trying to get some sense of schedule/duration/time commitment.

Thank you.

Hi there,

Thanks for your question. Here's how to use the 10-Step packs:

  1. Read a whole chapter of the ebook carefully, taking time to absorb it.
  2. Fill out the progress checker to see how you currently feel.
  3. Listen to the download every night for a week or until you feel you’ve made progress.
  4. Re-assess yourself every few days with the progress checkers.
  5. After a week (or earlier if you’re feeling better), move onto the next chapter.

For some people, it just takes one session with a hypnosis download to instantly change their behavior. But for most, it takes more than one go, which is why we recommend you listen to the session every night for a week.

You can also skip chapters that don’t apply to you if you want or skip ahead to the steps that interest you the most. But make sure you start with Step 1 as it’s crucial to the whole course!

We do note in our FAQ on listening to more than one download that you can listen to two related programs in a day (say, one in the morning and one in the evening), so assume a minimum of five weeks to get through the 10-Step pack if you use all ten steps. But again, you may notice the changes you want from a given program in less than a week and be able to move on to another of the programs.

And, of course, the pack is yours to keep (just like a physical book/CD), so you can always come back and read more or listen to a session again, if you ever feel like you need a top-up.

I hope this helps, but if you have any other queries please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Best wishes,

Rebekah
