We don't have a download specifically for keratosis pilaris, but I looked up the causes to get a better understanding and see if I could recommend anything. It seems no one's quite sure what causes the keratin build-up behind the skin condition, so I'll admit I'm at a bit of a loss. You might want to suggest this as a new topic.
That said, I've tagged a couple programs below for you to consider. Even though they don't address the exact problem, your unconsious mind and body may yet understand what you want to accomplish.
