On the 26th June 2021, I received a call from hospital to say I had to have an urgent CT scan, during which my heart rate went through the roof. I was then informed that I needed to have an MRI on my brain. I went into a total meltdown as I suffer with claustrophobia and on previous occasions MRIs have had to be aborted due my intense fear of them.

On the same evening, I downloaded and listened to the MRI Anxiety download, back to back.

Today, 27th June 2021, I again listened to the download and then went for the MRI Scan.

I was literally a different person throughout that scan. The lady said she could not believe the change in me and that if she had not witnessed me literally breaking down in front of her yesterday, she would never had known I had had such fear.
