I was truly pleasantly surprised when using the Happy Days hypnosis when it helped me opened up a treasure trove of happy memories which I most probably kept under lock and key in my mind due to the unhappy family and financial situation that I have been going through for the last 5 years. I think I unconsciously kept them locked up initially because they were becoming really painful to think of; those memories only reminded me then of how dire my circumstances had become.

Since the beginning of this year, my situation has slowly improved (I am not out of the woods yet but I can see the 'light' now!), I was unable to find many happy memories in my mind - I must have really locked them up for good. So when listening to the hypnosis that asked me to look for my happy memories, I thought, "I have no happy memories" but then tried to find some recent pleasant memories. As soon as I started to do so, my mind began grasping and searching, not convinced that I will find much. Nevertheless after a while, suddenly, like a burst dam, many happy memories of the past flooded into my mind and I was overwhelmed with gladness! Glad because I still had those memories and now I am able to look at them with fondness instead of the painful feeling I used to have.
