This is a BIG THANK YOU. I would like to share my story with you because I am sure that not many people offer their feedback. In my case, I think it is important to give feedback, because Trichotillomania is not a very common thing.
Trichotillomania (eyebrows and eyelashes) started around the age of 14-15 and it has lasted for 23 years.
Last year I started some therapy sessions with a therapist specializing in CBT. We turned the problem on all its sides, but we could not identify any reason why the condition should manifest itself. We analyzed the days in which the urge was stronger, we tried to figure out methods in which I could refrain from doing this. All techniques were efficient for a limited period (2-3 weeks).

It is unbelievable how the mind works, and what a brilliant hypnotherapy session can do to relieve the suffering.
