I am on stage 5 of the course, and I have to say so far it is having an incredibly positive impact. I began the course at a time when I was going through a difficult time in my relationship, and my partner and I also took the decision around the same time to see a relationship counsellor. It is therefore hard to accurately identify cause and effect with regard to the positive changes in our relationship, and for me as an individual. However, I do feel that the hypnosis course has been very powerful for me. While the counselling has helped us to confront and deal with some long-buried issues in our relationship, the hypnosis has certainly helped me through that process, and is helping me deal with my own insecurities and anxieties, and change negative thought patterns.
