I'm very, very happy with the 10 step courses. They've been life and love altering. I feel like I'm beginning to let go of a lot of habits learned a long time ago (things I didn't even know I was habitually doing!) and bringing a more balanced and adult way of thinking to my life. I did want to say about the relationship course specifically: I've done couples counseling and read countless self help books in order to help heal issues that came up in my long term relationship. It's one of those things where I have to say, I don't know how it works, but it does. It's not a magic fix, it does take commitment on my part. I need to make time every day to read the material and listen to the downloads. And I also need to make a conscious choice to practice what I've learned during those difficult moments when my emotions would normally take over.

But truthfully... I have tried so many things, over so many years, through multiple relationships. I often felt inspired, but no lasting change was ever made, and I was never able to take control during those difficult "in the moment" challenges.

I know this is working, I feel the difference, and my partner is seeing it too. He and I were having a very tough go at it, but neither one of us wanted to give up. We love each other so much. I previously sought help from a local hypnotherapist and she confirmed that all of my insecurities were real. Needless to say I did not continue my sessions with her. There are two things that have really surprised me about the course. One, your accurate understanding of the triggers; two, that the course doesn't tell you to deny the thoughts and feelings but rather it gives you the tools to rationalize the thoughts.

A couple of amazing experiences so far:

Your course is excellent. I noticed a big difference after using the first recording for a week. The insecurity in relationships has impacted me the most. I recognize when I need the session, and reuse it.

I was recently away from home on business for a week, and all I could do is obsessively think about thoughts of not trusting my partner. Your sessions gave me a peaceful rest during what would have been sleepless nights. When I returned home I felt like a totally different person.

When I started the course I had been feeling very desperate, unhappy and in urgent need of help for some time.

The ability to choose between different steps/modules (some of them more applicable that others) made it a tailor-made first-aid kit for me. I had listened to the steps only a couple of times and found calmness and relief very soon after.

Although I have had a break from the programme for some weeks now, the effect seems to be continuing and instead of plunging desperately into an abyss of self-destructive feelings and thoughts, I find myself in a much better position. None of the negative feelings have disappeared, but their effect on me has lessened considerably.

I am on stage 5 of the course, and I have to say so far it is having an incredibly positive impact. I began the course at a time when I was going through a difficult time in my relationship, and my partner and I also took the decision around the same time to see a relationship counsellor. It is therefore hard to accurately identify cause and effect with regard to the positive changes in our relationship, and for me as an individual. However, I do feel that the hypnosis course has been very powerful for me. While the counselling has helped us to confront and deal with some long-buried issues in our relationship, the hypnosis has certainly helped me through that process, and is helping me deal with my own insecurities and anxieties, and change negative thought patterns. I have a peace of mind now which I had begun to think I would never be able to achieve. It is a huge relief not to be constantly plagued by destructive and un-constructive thoughts.
