I would like to kick the bad habit of wine drinking at night. I have tried on my own and it is very difficult, since my husband likes to have his two beers when he is home, so that is one trigger, and the other triggers are the habitual 'five o'clock somewhere' syndrome. I never drink more than three, most often two every night, and I am tired of it.

I work out hard, train hard, and have a good diet, except the dang wine. I have quit for two and a half years, recently for 30 days, and boom...back into the saddle again. I am 59 and want to kill this habit once and for all. I need inspiration, motivation, and to learn how to address my inner winey demons.
