Simply click on either of the buttons at the bottom of a download
page. (Example: Building
Self Confidence).
This button: 
will allow you to immediately buy the download from the page
you are on.
This button: 
will add the download from the page you are on to your shopping
basket and allow you to continue shopping and adding more downloads
until you have got the ones you want.
This button: 
will allow you to buy all the downloads currently in your basket,
with the appropriate discounts for the number of downloads you
have chosen.
This button: 
that you can see at the top right of every page, will allow
you to view the downloads currently in your shopping basket.

How do I play a download on my computer?
When you purchase your download, you will receive quick, simple
instructions on how to get your download and play it. In fact,
it is really easy. You simply download the audio file by clicking
on a link in the email that we send you, and once the download
is complete, double click on the file which will be on your
desktop. Or, if you like things in steps...
1) Buy download
2) Click on link in the confirmation email you receive
3) Double click on the downloaded file
(Your computer almost definitely already contains the software
program you need to play the download, but if you don't you
can download it free. There will be details of this in your
confirmation email.)
Some customers have had problems using Real Player with the
downloads, because Real Player treats them as shorter than they
really are and so stops playing early. Windows
Media Player has no such problems.
How can I burn a copy of my hypnosis download
onto CD?
There are many different pieces of software you can use, but
the latest version of Windows Media Player will convert mp3's
and burn them onto your CD in the right format for playing on
any CD player. You
can download Windows Media Player free here.
What do the downloads contain?
Each download is comprised of a short introduction, followed
by around 15 minutes of hypnotic session.
