How to solve your problem online, or contact us if you need our help

Please check our FAQ first as we keep this updated with common queries and your question may already have been answered. You'll get things sorted quickest this way.

If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the FAQ, then you can:

We'll do our very best to get back to you within 24 hours - we manage this over 95% of the time.

When you submit your query, we'll send you an automatic response (the email will be from hypnosisdownloads [@] unk.com) confirming receipt of your query.  If you don't see this email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder and to ensure you get future emails from us, please whitelist us.

In the unlikely event that you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, you can assume something has gone wrong between you sending the email and us receiving it. In this case, please contact us again, making sure your contact email address is entered correctly.
