How do I change my password?

There are two ways you can change your password:

Method 1 - if you have your existing log in details handy

  1. Log in to your account with your existing details
  2. Go to My Profile
    1. Laptop or PC - you'll find My Profile in the right-hand menu of your home page or under Member's Zone in the menu bar towards the top right of any page
    2. Phone or tablet - you'll find it under Menu (top-right) > Member Zone
  3. Click Edit my account details
  4. Enter your new password in both the Password and Confirm password boxes
  5. Click Save changes
  6. You'll be taken back to your My Profile page and you'll see a green box with the message 'Your profile has been updated' which means your new password has been changed successfully.

Method 2 - if you're not sure of your existing password

  1. Go to this page and enter your email address (please make sure you enter the same email address you used when placing your order)
  2. Tick the 'I'm not a robot' box
  3. Check your email for your password reset email (if it's not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam/promotions folder)
  4. Click or tap the link in the password reset email and enter a new password.
