What do the hypnosis downloads contain?
Each hypnosis download consists of a short introduction, followed by 15-30 minutes of hypnotic session.
We took the decision to have no music with our downloads simply because, as with most things, you can't please all of the people all of the time. Music is such a personal thing that whatever we chose would have put off as many people as it pleased. The other reason is that although relaxation is an important part of hypnosis, focus is more important and music can distract the attention from the content of the spoken message.
