How do I save an audio download or script to my computer or laptop?

From the Purchase History in your account

  1. Log in to your account and click on the link to Purchase History in the right -hand menu on your home page.  To get to your home page, click the Growth Zone or Member's Zone menu bar at the right-hand side of any page.  Alternatively, select Purchase History from the drop-down menu.
  2. Find the download/script title you would like to save then either:
    1. Left-click on the title and a box should pop up asking if you want to open the download or save it, select save then click OK; or
    2. PC users : right-click, MAC users : ctrl-click or command-click on the download title. A mini menu will come up - select 'Save Target As', 'Save Link As' or 'Save As'.
    3. Note: If you've bought a bundle or Perfect Partner click on the links below the bundle/Perfect Partner title.
  3. If you can choose which folder on your computer you want to save the audio or script to, your My Documents folder - for mp3 audio downloads, your My Music folder (normally in My Documents) - would be the best option.
  4. The audio or script will take a few minutes (depending on your internet speed) to save to your computer.
  5. Repeat steps 1-2 for each of your titles (if you have purchased more than one).

From the Download Center

This is where you're taken when you click the link in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
