I've seen a hypnosis pack I want to get, but I've already got item(s) from it. I don't want to pay twice for these!

2. Visit the page for the hypnosis pack or 10 Step-Course page you're interested in and bingo, you should see the price has already been reduced to take account of any items you already own!

Alternatively:

1. Log into your account.

2. Go to your purchase history.

3. In the right-hand column, you should see 'Upgrade Offers'.  Just click on the link to the item you're interested in and you'll see the reduced price.
