I haven't received my download, script or CD/DVD

We're sorry to hear you haven't been able to get your items.  When you place your order, you'll get an email from support (@) hypnosisdownloads.com with the subject line "[Your name], Your Hypnosis Downloads Order".  This email contains a link to your order.  If this email hasn't reached your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders.  It might be a good idea to whitelist our emails to make sure they reach your inbox every time.

Shipped Products

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your CD or DVD.  When your order was shipped (normally within 1 working day of it being placed) you will have received a shipping confirmation email from shipping (@) unk.com (please check your junk/spam folders in case it was filtered).  Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally within the UK your order will arrive within 2 working days, Europe in 4 working days, USA and Rest of the World 7 working days. Occasionally, we have found that orders to South Africa can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.

We use Royal Mail's First Class post system which does not have tracking information, so we are unable to track the package for you.

If you've not received your pack within these time scales, we would recommend waiting a few more days before contacting us, as postal services can occasionally take a little longer than expected to deliver items.  If you haven't received your order 3 working days after the times specified, please let us know.
