Delivery and Refunds
When you buy any of our downloads, delivery is immediate. As soon as you have completed the payment process, you will receive an email from support (@) hypnosisdownloads.com containing your download instructions and link which you can access right away.
If you purchase a CD or DVD from the site, this will be sent to you from our office in the UK by first class post using Royal Mail, normally within one working day of your order being placed.
When your order for a CD or DVD is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from shipping (@) unk.com. Delivery times vary depending on location but generally within the UK the order will arrive within 1-2 working days, Europe in working 2-4 days, USA and rest of the world 5-7 working days. Occasionally, we have found that orders to South Africa can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Refunds and our guarantee
We realise that not every product works equally well for everybody, so if you find that your purchase does not achieve what you wanted, contact us to let us know within 90 days from the date of purchase and we will refund you in full. This guarantee is restricted to one order per customer, although this may be waived at management discretion for customers with an established order history of non-refunded purchases over a period of 6 months or longer.
Our customer support team will normally deal with your refund request within 24 hours. If you have not received a reply from us after 48 hours, please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes legitimate emails get put there by mistake. If you haven't had a response, please contact us again, making sure your contact email address is entered correctly.
Please note that if you paid by card, although refunds normally go through instantly, they can occasionally take up to 10 days to show on your card statement.
