Relaxation and meditation can change the way you live every aspect of your life. You may have a picture in your mind of meditation as someone who sits for hours on end chanting quietly. You can start out by sitting comfortably for a few minutes, focus on your breath coming in and out of your body, and allow any thoughts that come into your mind to just pass by like clouds in the sky. By practicing a few minutes each day, you can build up your time and learn to focus your mind. It does get easier with practice. This is not the same as vegging out; it's more focused and gets much better results.
