I would just like to say a huge thank you for helping me overcome my fear of heights through using your mp3 downloads ('Fear of Heights', 'Confidence Booster').
I choked about 10 years ago when I wanted to do a bridge swing jump and have lived with a feeling of inadequacy ever since. I am currently on holiday in northern Thailand and saw a brochure for a doing a bungee jump here. I decided that it was time to face my fears and conquer the negative memory I have been living with. I downloaded your mp3's and listened to each about 3 times, using strong mental imagery of doing a perfect jump during each one.
