To help you with this, we're testing 'Twiscriptions' - or in other words, free personalized prescriptions.

Your Twiscription will be created by Hypnosis Downloads.com co-founder Mark Tyrrell, who has had a hand in every single hypnosis download on the site. (yes, he's a very busy man!) And now we're going to make him even busier!

Here are the steps to getting your hypnosis download prescription:

1) Go to http://www.twitter.com/marktyrrell
2) If you haven't already got a Twitter account, Join up
3) At the page above, click 'Follow Me'
4) Post a tweet containing the reference #twiscrip (short for Twiscription :-)

Your tweet might be something like:

"Takes me 3 hours to fall asleep at night #twiscrip"
"Got a presentation next week and am terrified #twiscrip"
"Just can't seem to finish this goal I've got #twiscrip"

Mark will pick up your question and tweet back with a recommendation for a hypnosis download, then once you've had a chance to try it out, you can get back to him on Twitter with your feedback.
