Ask yourself if the fantasy matches up to reality. Imagine

Feels great, right? In your fantasy, maybe, but in real life,
does smokeing really feel great? Your lungs feel tight, you
have that hacking cough that marks you as a chronic smoker,
and you stink. Your complexion is bad and your teeth are yellow.
Can you acknowledge that this is your reality and it isn't
at all great?
If you quit smokeing, you'll be more productive. Think about
all the times you said, "Just one more cigarette and I'll
get to work." Or the times you sat having a cigarette when
you could have had that project done already. We use smokeing
as a way to postpone doing things, but time is not unlimited.
Your time to accomplish whatever it is you want to do will
end, maybe sooner than later if you don't quit smokeing. You
