Impotence Exercise: Walk Your Way to a Better Sex Life

One of the best ways to prevent erectile dysfunction is through impotence exercise. Aerobic exercise increases the amount and quality of the blood that flows to the penis. Studies have shown that impotence exercise is more effective in preventing impotence than quitting smoking and drinking and losing weight. If you burn at least 200 calories, you can cut your risk of impotence by up to 50%. However, biking should be avoided as it can increase the risk of impotence.
