Full hypnosis download Dealing with the narcissist
In Greek mythology Narcissus was a young man of great physical beauty, totally in love with himself. But the narcissist in your life might be nothing special to look at – just exceedingly self involved, manipulative and self centered. They may be able to act in seemingly altruistic ways but ultimately everything they do is self-serving. It’s been said that when you love a narcissist, you have something in common with them: you are both in love with the same person!
Signs that someone is a narcissist include:
- an exaggerated sense of entitlement – always expecting special treatment and more attention than anyone else
- extremely self referential in conversation (only talking about your stuff in as far as it links to their stuff)
- often unable to listen to what others are saying
- inconsiderate, lacking empathy
- superficially charming
- a user of others
- unable to say sorry or admit mistakes
- able to justify anything they do as… justified
- delusions of grandeur, describing themselves in exaggerated terms (self belief is one thing, but narcissists go way further)
Narcissists may also have ‘sociopathic’ tendencies and use and manipulate other people while they are ‘useful’ to them – ‘useful’ meaning they flatter or pander to the narcissist. They can be superficially charming and their self belief attracts others. But woe betide if you think you can change them! They are strangers to the emotions of shame, embarrassment, or regret and will never admit any wrongdoing, always having a ready justification for whatever they do.
The new hypnosisdownloads.com session Dealing with the narcissist is designed to help people deal more effectively with the narcissist in their life – whether it’s their spouse, lover, boss or friend.
All the best

Just wondering – is narcissism in any way related to psychopathy? They seem to have some things in common, though narcissim is not as severe?
I think almost everyone knows someone with narcissistic behavioral patterns – can be hard to deal with!
