Wow! Quiet Mind is really wonderful. Of course Roger Elliott is superb in everything he does; his voice is soothing and the slow easy pacing is so great. Congratulations to the team for incredibly good imagery in this session. The suggestion that the muscles are smooth and loose (even more I don't remember) is very specific...love that. I thought I was already relaxed but then I could feel some muscles just melt. The imagery about the lake was brilliant. I had the image of the lake so clear and still in my mind. Wonderful! I thought the part where he says shhhh several times was a bit loud and startling, nonetheless the whole session was excellent! I'm very pleased with Uncommon Knowledge downloads.
