A friend recommended the site to me. I had prior knowledge that the site was credible. I was curious about the technique which would be used and voice tone.

I bought the 'Peaceful Moments CD' about 2 years ago. Believe me, when my life turned upside down and I found myself living back in my home state of Texas without a husband and with my oldest daughter and her brand-new baby... I needed some peace.

Normally I internalize stress which results in a condition called "Bell's Palsy." I have not been afflicted with this facial nerve condition this past year because I do self-hypnosis as I need, to calm down and relax.

I would recommend this to people like me who internalize stress and anxiety. High achievers who do not know how to simply relax, and anyone who feel they are stressed.

It is great to be able to control your body's reaction to trauma,stress or anger. Also hypnosis is a wonderful tool for learning.
