How do I get a download?
Simply click on either of the buttons at the bottom of a download page. (Example: Building Self Confidence).

This button: will add the download from the page you are on to your shopping basket and allow you to continue shopping and adding more downloads until you have got the ones you want. |

This button: will allow you to buy all the downloads currently in your basket, with the appropriate discounts for the number of downloads you have chosen. |

This button: that you can see at the top right of every page, will allow you to view the downloads currently in your shopping basket. |
