Hypnotherapy and self confidence-you can use one to build the other. We are all born with self confidence, but somewhere along the way between childhood and adulthood, we lose some of it. When you get into your unconscious mind, you can replace the negative thought patterns you have stored there with positive ones through hypnotic suggestion.
