If during sex you have an orgasm you have an orgasm within two minutes or less, you may need help
treating premature ejaculation. Don't feel bad, though, because you are not alone. Many men have a
problem with premature ejaculation at one time or another, and about 10% struggle with it regularly.
It can be very frustrating and embarrassing, but don't let that keep you from seeking help in treating
premature ejaculation.
Premature ejaculation tends to happen to younger men, particularly during their first sexual
encounter. The reason for this is anxiety. Most men overcome this anxiety with experience and as they
mature. If they don't, there are many noninvasive ways to treat the problem. You might try wearing a
condom, having the woman on top, or masturbating before an anticipated sexual encounter. If that
doesn't help in treating premature ejaculation, there are desensitizing creams that can be applied
to the penis to dull sensations and make sex last longer. You might want to check with a doctor before
trying these, though, because they can have side effects. Antidepressants are sometimes used to
relieve the anxiety that sometimes causes and accompanies premature ejaculation. Hypnosis is another
noninvasive way to treat the problem; it both relieves anxiety and helps you relax.
Stop premature
ejaculation using treatment such as hypnosis.
