Hypno therapy uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind to find solutions to
problems that the conscious mind is having trouble dealing with. If you have trouble

The mind is basically divided into two parts. The conscious mind is what we use when
we are awake and alert. We use it to reason and make decisions. The unconscious mind
is where we store our memories, dreams, and thoughts. Under hypnosis, we can easily
access the unconscious mind and all the thoughts and information stored there. In
essence, the conscious mind is turned off, even though you are aware of your
surroundings and in complete control of yourself. You are simply bypassing the
thinking and reasoning parts of the conscious mind.
A hypnotherapist is someone who can induce a hypnotic state, or help you become
deeply relaxed so that you can access your subconscious mind. Some people are able
to learn to do this for themselves. With hypno therapy, the therapist will get you
into the hypnotic state and make suggestions about the changes you want to make.
These suggestions will be implanted in your mind and stay with you after you come
out of your hypnotic state.
