Why is it So Hard to Qiut Smoking?

If you're a smoker, you're probably one of the many of have qiut smoking many times. It's so hard to quit in the first place, and when you weaken and go back to smoking, it's even harder to quit again. If you've ever wondered why it's so hard to qiut smoking, it's because of nicotine.

Nicotine is a substance found in tobacco and is one of the most addicting drugs in the world. When you smoke, you become both physically and psychologically dependent on nicotine. You body and your mind feel like they need it to keep going. In order to qiut smoking, you have to break both of those addictions.

When you inhale tobacco smoke, the nicotine is absorbed from the lungs into the bloodstream, where it is carried to every organ in your body, including your brain. And if you're pregnant, the nicotine is also carried to the baby. The nicotine makes you feel good, which makes you want to smoke more and more. But it also interferes with the flow of information between nerve cells, so you have to smoke more to get that good feeling. Eventually, you develop a tolerance for nicotine, and that makes you have to smoke more. So in order to qiut smoking, you have to break this cycle, and each time you do qiut, it gets harder and harder to break it because you're starting from scratch every time.
