As always with our fun sessions, it’s about deep, blissful relaxation – but it’s also a wonderful way to ramp up excitement and enthusiasm for a sense of quest and meaning in life generally.

I can vividly recall the intense excitement, focus and energy I would feel as a child when we’d play treasure hunting. I got to thinking that so many of the best feelings from childhood, whether it’s running in the woods, playing unsupervised or just the all pervading sense of grand adventure don’t manifest in quite the same way when we’re adult. Not surprising, you might say. But I’ve also noticed that the adults who achieve real success and fulfillment in life all seem to have retained (or somehow recaptured?) an intense childlike fascination, focus and enthusiasm. All feelings that sometimes seem out of place in the gray world of sensible adulthood.

If childlike energy, focus and determination, coupled with a sense of infinite mystery and wonder, can be connected to things we still need and want to do in our lives, then imagine how much fun going for what you want can be!

So this new ‘fun’ session could have really profound and powerful benefits in perhaps unexpected areas of life… or it may just be fun and restful to listen to ☺
