Full hypnosis download Stop worrying
The new improved Stop worrying upgrade of an old favorite (tormenting oneself with worry is a pretty universal phenomenon) has all the best bits of the old session but new improved bits too. For example, it explains exactly why you might worry, the real purpose of worrying and how to stop it, of course. The word ‘worry’ comes from old English, meaning ‘to strangle’, ‘to choke’, ‘to seize the throat with the teeth’ – in the way of the old hunting dogs. I’m not sure the meaning has changed all that much! It can feel pretty strangulating to worry about, fret, catastrophize and fear the future.
And of course you can worry about anything. Really ‘good’ worriers can even worry about stuff when it’s going well! But there is a serious message here too. Chronic worrying can lead to the exhausted collapse of clinical depression, it can blight lives and suck the enjoyment out of life. Learning not to worry so much is a massive piece of personal development.
Worriers try to second guess the future, and sometimes feel as if their worrying is somehow necessary as a way of ‘warding off evil’. If only I had a pound coin for every time a nervous flyer has said to me: “I feel if I don’t worry something bad might happen!” As if it was their emotional arousal that keeps the plane aloft.
This stop worrying session should help a whole new bunch of people stop worrying and start living.
All the best
Mark
