Mark:
For those of us who are transgendered, the "Who Am I?" identity question is HUGE. Those of us who ride it out successfully, whether we're crossdressers or transsexuals, have to develop a strong internal connection to exactly who we are.
We're hearing a lot these days about the imbalance of male and female energies in the world today; some blame the warlike inclinations of mny nations populations on this imbalance. The transgendered understand this very well, and we try to balance those two forces within ourselves. Perhaps we have something to offer the world, if we could only get people from persecuting us so much.
